Warranty Policy

 

Thank you for choosing the Nexus AI Station. We take pride in the quality, performance, and reliability of our products and are pleased to offer this Limited Warranty. This warranty applies to Nexus AI Station products purchased from official stores or authorized resellers globally.

A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT YOUR DATA

We strongly and unequivocally recommend that you maintain regular backups of your data on a separate medium or a remote cloud service to prevent data loss. Before sending your Nexus AI Station device for any warranty service, it is your sole responsibility to back up all data and remove any confidential or personal information. Nexus AI Station is not responsible for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media.

 

Warranty Coverage Period

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Nexus AI Station products for the following periods, starting from the original date of purchase:

  • Whole Machine (Main Unit & Included Accessories): 1 Year (This covers the main device, as well as included internal power cables, connecting cables, ethernet cables, etc.)

  • Power Adapter: 3 Years

  • RAM and SSD: Subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty Period (The warranty for these specific components depends on their original manufacturer. Please verify the exact warranty period on the respective manufacturer's official website.)

What This Limited Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the specified warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:

  1. Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

  2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of the same or a similar model if repair is not reasonably possible.

Note: Any replaced product or part becomes the property of Nexus AI Station. The replacement item assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.

  • Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the user manual (e.g., improper voltage or power supply).

  • Damage caused by service, modifications, or alterations performed by anyone who is not an authorized representative.

  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

  • Normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.

  • Any loss of data. As stated above, you are solely responsible for backing up your data.

     

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If you believe your product requires service, please follow these steps:

  1. Perform Basic Troubleshooting: Power cycle the device, check all physical connections, and ensure your system software is up to date.

  2. Back Up Your Data: If the issue persists, perform a full backup of all your data immediately.

  3. Contact Support: Reach out to our Customer Support team with your original order number (proof of purchase), the product's Serial Number, and a detailed description of the issue.
