30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return any product purchased from harboros.ai for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a full refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in like-new, resalable condition, free from cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
  • All original packaging, manuals, cables, power adapters, and included accessories must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.

Refund Amount
The refund covers the purchase price and applicable taxes. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
Returns that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, or may be rejected at our discretion.


How to Initiate a Return

    Email our support team at support@harborinno.com  with your original order number.
  2. Pack Your Items Carefully
    Please pack the product securely in its original box with all contents to avoid damage during transit.


Refund Process

Inspection
Once received, your return will be inspected (typically within 3–5 business days).

Processing
After approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Notification
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

 

Purchases from Other Retailers

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from harboros.ai.

If you purchased Nexus AI Station from a third-party retailer or marketplace, please follow their respective return and refund policies. We are unable to process returns for those orders.
