Order Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking information.
Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak promotional periods, holidays, or crowdfunding fulfillment phases.

Shipping Methods, Times, and Costs
Shipping times vary by destination. Standard international shipping generally takes between 5 and 10 business days, depending on local customs processing and courier availability.
Shipping Costs:

Nexus AI Station (Main Unit): We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders that include the Nexus AI Station main unit.

Standalone Accessories: Please note that orders consisting solely of accessories (without the main unit) are subject to shipping fees. These shipping costs will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on your shipping destination and the weight of the items.
Important Note on Pre-Order Products
The estimated shipping and delivery times mentioned above do not apply to pre-order items. Shipping for pre-ordered Nexus AI Station units will commence on the date specified on the product page (or Kickstarter campaign page) at the time of your purchase. We will send a confirmation email as soon as your pre-ordered item is ready to leave our facility.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
We strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free international shipping experience. Our team will actively cooperate with logistics partners and local authorities to handle the customs clearance process for your package.
Furthermore, Nexus AI Station will cover all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT/GST) incurred during international shipping. The price you pay at checkout is final—you will not be required to pay any additional customs charges when your order arrives.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.
If you have not received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@harborinno.com. with your name and order number, and we will be happy to investigate the delay for you.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@harborinno.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of both the item's condition and the exterior packaging. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the situation.
